Significant video projects that I took a part on in terms of setting up/production/editing.

Within the Cell Cell Cell

My video project for an AP Bio video music video assignment dealing with cellular respiration.

Filmed/edited around the last week of September of 2021.

A sort of love letter to the 2016 Japanese film "Your Name.", this parody of "Zen zen zense" is one of my proudest video works that I took part of. I handled 90% of the video shooting and all of the editing. The cinematography for the whole video though was discussed by all of my teammates: Emilia Samuels and Olyad Fozi.

This was made in 2 weeks and took about 50 to 60 hours of time in terms of planning, quality control, finding animations, and handling video/on-set difficulties.

Luckily our work didn't go to waste though! Because of this video, our team got voted for creating the best music video for cellular respiration for our class period! Though there are some rough spots here and there, maybe way down in the future, I'll remaster this...

Storytelling: An Expanding Infinity

A planned personal video of a mock-version of a TEDx talk. A JRx if you want to call it, I guess.

SOON

My school offered a TEDx talk opportunity but I ultimately could not garner enough time to plan it out to an extent that I PERSONALLY wanted it to be like: A talk about how storytelling, while a simplistic concept, is truly an infinite  field where despite its long-lasting practice, we haven't reached the limit yet.

While I don't have a solid outline for the video and talk yet, I do plan on doing this eventually. I don't plan on abandoning this idea anytime soon. I just need to find sufficient time. Maybe over the summer?
